This Image GRABBED my EYE. That's Why I Stopped By.

Well I'm not in the UK however I saw The Union Jack immediately. I love this shot, Jim. The blue balconies with that beautiful sky and the lights in my opinion finish the shot off very well. Nicely done.
The angle makes it look like a Paddle Boat, JimboB. I can hear Howard Keel singing "I'm A Union Jack, Dandy!" The tones with the evening light are quite good.

Hello Jim...This is very good closeup showing plenty of detail and colour in this hotel....I like the way you have filled the frame with your subject...Well done....All the very best to you Jim....Mick.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
This is one magnificent building, and even more so with the Union Jack Flying!! ha ha I like how you have captured this at dusk with the lights showing on the balconys. Well done! Ann
sipping wine and scotch!...and gazing at the sundown instead of each other's eyes!....
Good angle and excellent details
