I think it was the Quakers who first domesticated Quackers, JimboB. They had them over for lunch one day and well, you know the rest of the story.

I love the color of the cool water and I am wondering why their beaks are different colors. Maybe one is younger than the other. A pretty pair of mallards out cruising.

A lovely shot of these two female Mallards. I am curious though why they both have different coloured beaks - probably to tell each other apart!! ha ha
