I wish I was a Glow Worm, a Glow Worm's never glum, 'cause how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?

This is so cool! I'd love to reside there plus I see a letter 'K' on top (my last name starts with a 'K'). Perfecto! Excellent composition, Jim & the ship really stands out.

Something so unusual and an interesting story behind it. A ship behind a wall! Thanks for the image and the link which tells the story.

We have a lot of very beautiful homes here on our River/Lake, but this is awesome. I love it - if I had an extra million $$ I would build one like this. Great subject and wonderfully photographed JimBob.

Jimbob, I think that the present owners of 'The Ship Residence' got tired of being seasick at the Great Lakes, lol.

Good and very interesting image and by the link provided story.

Regards, Cornelius.

Thanks, Tick, for the link. I can't believe it says it's 7000-square foot inside...that's huge. Gorgeous interior, as well, from the link. Anyway, this is a great find of a remarkable home!

I remember this being highlighted on the HGTV channel, really a cool use of retired ships, there is also a few that have used planes. What a great looking shot & I think it would make a decorators dream.
