I really like this one Jim, the natural feel to it, an composition, and sharpness are very well done. I have something like this one that I will be posting tigs=^..^=
Smile, without a reason why. Love, as if you were a child, Smile, no matter what they tell you Don't listen to a word they say Cause life is beautiful that way.
Glad to see things are starting to thaw for you, Jim...I was starting to get concerned that another Ice Age was setting in after some of those other images you posted, lol...I like the way you composed this one and the geese sitting out there in the distance...nice one.

Good news to hear the ice melting Jimbob, soon those Canada Geese will be copulating and and mainlining their population numbers. Good viewpoint here and I like the details in the bare trees.
Such a well composed scene JimboB. The sprinkling of color in the background and the geese waiting patiently for open water. I never realized a goose was so patient.
Very nicely composed and captured Jim - we actually hit 70F yesterday and most of the ice on my lake out back is gone except for the east end. However it is now 35F and won't get any warmer today - lots of wind too.
This is a really nice shot Jimbob!!! This scene reminds of a shot that you might find in a camping or outdoors sporting magazine. Nice composition and placement of the geese. Well done!!!
