Lake Erie, that is. I didn't notice the ducks till I got the shot on the computer, because it was taken at a focal length of about 1000mm hand held. I was surprised the picture wasn't a complete blur. This was also taken on March 30th, when there was still a lot of ice on the lake only a few hundred yards away.

A 1,000...that is damn good for hand held!.. Some camera's are pretty good at that!...such a terrific view and composition!

Very clear and sharp shot Jimbob. That much zoom and hand-held - that means you have steady hands. The ducks were a nice added bonus.

The ducks are trying to decoy us into thinking no one is a home, JimboB. Great long range shot and glad no ducks were injured.
