I was expecting to see signs of life from another planet, Jimbob. This looks like it could be a child's toy, perhaps the old Erector Set from the A.C. Gilbert Company. Good one, my friend.

Smile, without a reason why. Love, as if you were a child, Smile, no matter what they tell you Don't listen to a word they say Cause life is beautiful that way. (From the film "Life Is Beautiful")

Only in daylight they look like this. After midnight the cutters come out and the wheels start to move! Nice one with the yellow colour so conspicuous.

By the looks of that soil, it does look as though the field needs some irrigation JimBob. Good shot of the system.

You won't be seeing these irrigation sets in California much longer I think - and excellent capture Jim and an apt, albeit funny title.

lol - I was expecting circles created by spaceships. A really cool shot, like the way the rows of crops lead your eye up to your crop circles

These irrigation devices are seen all over Jersey especially at the Atlantic Blueberry Company where blueberries are grown on 1300 acres. Great shot Jimbob!!!

This is a common sight in Oklahoma watering the soybean crops...not being used recently with all the flooding. It's been unreal!

Our rainfall last year was .69 inches for May. We are presently at 12.29" with rain expected every day for the remaining week!! It's a record.

Nay really... I did not expect any such equipment of unknown purpose... But all right ! It may be your secret weapon, agent!
In any case the image is very interesting.

When I flew out to Colorado Springs back in 1988 we flew over Texas and the Midwest. I saw these circular patterns all over the place from the plane and couldn't figure what the heck they were till later.

Did you stick around and wait for the mothership to return? Or did the farmer come looking for his daughter? An interesting capture of the farm scene ,Jimbob.
