Actually, it's more a cliff than a hill. This was taken in late March before the trees got their new leaves, which would have blocked my view of the house. Not only that, but any other time of the year, I would have been thrown out of the place I was in, because it is in a working boat yard that is off limits to visitors.

Good shot of this house (I would love to live there) JimBob. The b&w makes this shot look vintage.

I like this b/W view with the house high up along the shore. Nice one for the B/W challenge Jimbob.

Even a small bank or incline would still be too steep for me!...lol

I imagine in the summer, this home disappears behind the greenery, Jimbob. It's a perfect application of B/W and it will do well in LE's BWC. Fantastico!

This works well in B&W Jim and the angle is perfect.

The fine detail in those trees is spectacular. Great tones throughout and what a place that would be to live.
A welcome addition to the BWC thank you Jimbob

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

A lovely house who's view is probably restricted by the trees in the Summer. Nice use of B&W for this image.
