I got an Ikelite underwater housing for my Olympus 3020 camera. And, I was just in the Bahamas with my family for 10 days before starting school! It was a lot of fun, but unfortunately, it is very hard to get color any deeper than about 20-30 feet, even with an external strobe. Glad you like it!
The housing creaks as you descend...it is kinda scary. Also, at its maximum depth rating, it experiences more than 70 pounds per square inch of pressure. So I'm glad it's strong. But it never leaked a drop.
Very nice Joe. You are one lucky guy to have a Ikelite housing. I have a Amphibico housing for my Hi-8 camera and wish very much that I had a housing for stills. Diving photos are rare hear so it is very nice to see some. Good job and keep em coming.
Superb shot!
Why do all the fish look grumpy??
This makes me wanna do underwater shots, although I have no housing. A clear plastic carrier-bag should do the trick. :o)
Great work Joby !!!
There is a land of pure delight,
Beyond the Jordan's flood,
Where saints, apparelled all in white,
Fling back the critic's mud.
And as he legs it through the skies,
His pelt a sable hue,
He sorrows sore to recognize
The missiles that he threw.
