Can't always give individual thanks but I am so appreciative of everyone's comments and input. I truly enjoy seeing all of your posts and am always happy to see you at My Gallery. Thanks, Anita
Very nice work. I like the feeling it gives you, with its dark colors... The loneliness of the sea vs the lights of the small house and the beacon... Well done!
What an original piece of work. I just saw this in the VB and thought it was a '10'. It is complex, well thought out and well executed. I like the darkness/mystery of it. Went right to HD and thanks for sharing.
Very creative work of art. I dont usually like these kinds of manipulations, but I sure am enjoying the depth and darkness of yours. I can really see you put a lot of thought and time into this. I will save it and enjoy it on my desktop. Thank you so much...verena
“Now I know the things I know, and I do the things I do; and if you do not like me so, to hell, my love, with you!”
~Dorothy Parker (American short-story Writer and Poet, 1893-1967)
Very nice indeed. It has that sense of what is alien and yet simultaneously familiar. The sort of sense that can trigger a longing for home, an aching sense of the distance and the difference.
Not Earth, but too close to Earth. A constant reminder of what is left behind.
