Ahhhh, you had me there. I thought it was an amazing photograph for a moment until I saw it full-size. To some degree I agree with Dixie. The background is very strong, and I didn't even look at the foreground for a few moments, but I suppose that may be a desirable trait - you discover more as you look at the image. Anyway, nice job.
Once again you've done an awesome job at creating a beautiful image. I wonder at how the reflection of the sun would be so much brighter that the actual sun... but that's just me being picky (and maybe it was intentional, if so, please ignore what I said lol). Very nice!
Just caught Samatar's adjusted/edited version of your original piece ... here.
And so, I thought it only proper to pay my respects to the artist, you. :o)
Very nice work. Had me fooled, even in full-size view for a bit ... due to your exceptional render. Excellent work.
The only suggestion I could make ... towards improvement, albeit, minor at best ... would be to increase the size of the foreground. Might be interesting to see what happens to the visual dynamics if you so chose to fill up the 'white space'.
That aside, make no mistake about my words above. Really a nice image and but of course, thank you for sharing your creative efforts with us.

Hi - I had to click back from two reworks of your amazing image, so I could rightly give the person who created it the praise he deserves! this is just excellent - really love it!

I seen Foxfire66 edit of this and though it was great, I love the birds and far detail he got but for me this looks far more natural, the water is maybe a bit too still and maybe a wee bit more details in the cliff on the right but this is minor stuff. It is a fantastic piece. Very well done!
