At about seven miles from Bridge of Cally the road rises to a height of 1,000 feet above sea level. Beyond this an area of really bleak and high mountains is entered, a great contrast to the pastoral country at the lower end of the glen.

WOW What a breathtaking scene. I love detailed landscapes like this one. Great job on picking out the scene, and the capture is very nice. The clouds make it seem so dramatic, eventhough the landscape looks so peaceful. Great shot!

Wow! This came up on the front page when I signed in. It immediately caught my attention. I downloaded it right away and it is gracing and I mean gracing my desktop this very minute. Beautify capture. Only a 78? Not in my book. It's tops. Hope I get it in the voting booth.

Very very new to this, and only have a bog standard fuji 2mb digi camera.
Wow!! what a beautiful photograph of Scotland and this brings back memories when I went to London and Edinburgh, Scotland back in 1972.
