Hi Mick, yes indeed, this would be an ideal place for refreshing and renewing one's spirit! A house nestled in and among the rich, textured greens of the surrounding hills, that which will bring calm and quiet to the restless soul! Peace and tranquillity softly wrap me in sweet confort! From here, I will find meditation, experience deep continued thought about all things that concern me! A little melodramatic, my description. don't you think? Good photo, and I have enjoyed it very much! You do nice work Mick!! Sincerely, Marilyn
Did you do this digitally, becuase the house looks really obviously stuck in there to me.. if not then thats just strange. But in any case its a nice concept but i don't really like the overall image, i would have preferred it without the house. sorry if this isnt a manipulation and ignore those comments
There outta be a law against the way some people live. This is too gorgeous. I want it. What peace and tranquility there is here. I really like the way the blooms of some of the flowers shine forth in the foreground. The foreground defines and "makes" the entire composition. The sharp capture of the vegatation is superb. Great work Mick.

There is a house like this in my neighborhood. It is built back in the trees and has flowers and ivy overgrown in it that add to the landscape. When I was younger, everyone in my grade school agreed that a witch lived there and that she had (on more than one occasion) eaten people who had gone too closely to the garden. We also agreed that the house was haunted and just plain scary. One afternoon, I matter-of-factly told my mum the house's history and my fears. "Carinne, it's a beautiful house and it's just an old woman who lives by herself," she replied with admiration toward the scenery. I didn't believe her at first, but as I grew older, I forgot the scary story and learned to appreciate the house's beauty.
Seeing this just reminds me of that, sorry for the story... It's a great shot. The colors and clouds and flowers perfectly compliment one another. I absolutely love it. You can feel the serenity of the area. Awesome picture.
A little something? I just don't tolerate with such modesty! You either shoot out of passion or you don't shoot at all! Photography is about seeing things others can't see.

I guess every girl goes through a photography phase. You know, horses... taking pictures of your feet.

Hi Mick, WOW! You could really find yourself in a place like this. A stunning picture that captures the true wildness of Cornwall...Checked out your gallery, and all your pics are so impressive...Tony
Wow, I wonder if this was the house Daupnie Du Maurier was looking at when she wrote Jamaica Inn, as that is how I always imagined it. Such a beautiful house, thank you for sharing it.
