I like the dew drops clinging to the gate. The bordering trees are a bit dark & heavy, in my opinion, but I like the background scene with its fluffy cotton candy like clouds. Nice post!

do you have a pic outside the gate? I bet it would be wonderful, too.

Crackin shot mate...I like your style! getting that early to do piccy's...dedication is the word?...You captured those tiny water droplets that's hanging off that gate brilliant, I also like the shadowed trees at each side...why dont you try and lighten them up, just to see what the alternatives would look like?........well done...now back to bed now!

Hello Mick, oh the mystery that lies beyond the 'Iron' gate, as seen through the green of the very tall trees! Through the gate and looking ahead, is pictured a tiny gathering of houses, where in gather people from every town! Surrounded by the beauty of green pasture and beautifully colored skies, clustered together, friends telling tales, and sharing their times of old, as they linger! The gate opens to all with a welcome of cheer, while the night passes long and into the day! I think this is truly a beautiful photo, suggestive of so many thoughts! Mick, another famous example of how friend and camera can blend nicely and share! I hope my story doesn't sound too off the mark! LOL! You know, that imagination of mine is forever active! LOL!
