Nestling in a sprawling, yet elegant, marshland, in the shade of the trees planted over a hundred years ago, within a few feet of each other, water and land combine, one can take advantage of instant access to the abundance of wildlife…Please enjoy.

I just love the shapes of those old trees. I imagine they have their foliage by now and look much different. Great angle and coloring. Once again you have used perfect lighting. Very good Mick.

Soft reds and leafless trees give this picture a very autumnal feeling. Loads of intrest all over and I like the old trees in particular. A beautiful image Mick.

Love the shot, the trees on the right have so much character. The comp also has a wonderful flow to it, both left to right and fore and aft. Nice work, Mick!

Mick, your command of colors is captivating. The composition is very well done and the DOF is excellent.

Very nice Mick, terrific composition as always with the lines converging to the horizon and the spooky shapes of the trees on the right. I like the red coloration too, adds a warmth and depth to it.

Hello Mick...

My goodness...your artistic expression is presented here...as it is in all of your works....magnificently...painted with the most beautiful of colors...so explicit in it's delivery...so distinctly expressed...leaving nothing but pure beauty to share!

If I were to close my eyes...and open my mind to whatever lovely fairy like story telling would come into focus...how wonderfully exciting and revealing a scene... my imagination would share...

In this beautiful setting of marshland...we might set the stage for leprechauns and dancing fairies to appear...

Music would begin to play...lovey delightful...gleeful music of the forest..singing would blend with the songs of the marshlands...and oh what fun it would be...just listen...yes oh yes...please just listen...I am there now...I have arrived...*smiling*... and I am dancing!! Oh...I could just go on forever...it seems...my friend...;o)

It is a stunning image Mick...I have enjoyed viewing it...very much! Thank you for sharing...it will enter my 'favorites' with pleasure...

Marilyn
