This picture of Famouth bay was taken one early spring morning from a place called Pendennis Point....This part of Cornwall has staggering beauty which keeps changing with the weather and the season.....Please enjoy.
I'll have to agree with you on the beauty. Your shot is so clear I can almost feel the water's breeze on my cheek. Cornwall and the Scilly islands is one area I'd most like to visit. Maybe someday ...

Great photo Mick. Love the angle. It makes me want to go there, get on the bluff and see more. Colors are perfect. Love the varied shades of blue. Another good one. Have a good weekend.
This was where we wanted to go a couple of years back...ended up at St.Ives!...we visited Falmouth and found it really lovely!....~must go back there~..
A cracker of a teaser to get me interested for a return!...
No trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.
COME ON YOU GREENS, UP THE ARGYLE.....
Like a picture postcard - except that it's beautifully composed. I hope you didn't have to climb round that headland to get this shot Mick! Love the way you've used the coast as a line in and the rich colours in the foreground.
What a scenic view of a rocky coast with the town in the distance. The wild riot of heather and other shrubs on the hillside really add a extra special something to this shot. I have heard Palm Trees grow in Cornwall since it's warmer there, is that true or just a myth? Truly a marvelous photo
Mick!
