These three inquisitive cows were keen to provide a snort and a dribble at the camera lens. I prefer to think of this picture as a portrait, trying to capture their personalities...I must say they were willing models...Please enjoy.

What a great shot! Beautiful colors, and so sharp! Were you visiting California? I hear that is where the happy cows are, lol.

They all look so very serious. I suppose that it's because you didn't give them enough time to prepare for their 15 mins of fame! lol

Your images very often have a strong sense of being 'frozen in time'. That's what I get from this one, a real feeling that you caught a moment. To get these three lined up like this on the diagonal makes a very nice composition, and the strong red brown against the green grass makes it jump out. I'm not sure why Alexis thinks they are going to charge you, but this portrait would definitely have been worth paying for ;-)

I love the colour, the reddish brown against the green-green grass, the storm clouds above... and I have been around cows enough to know they are generally shy and aren't easy to get to pose for you. Patience and a handful of hay! Great capture.

~ Wonderful capture as usual Mick, but this one made me really laugh! I assume they are bred that way but they all have the exact same expression! I'm sure they were friendly, but those looks say otherwise, lol! Great shot!
