No matter how often I see a sunset/sunrise, I still have to stop and watch mother nature illuminate the countryside with her sunset/sunrise light..... When you see it for yourself it will be one of those memories forever engraved on your minds eye......Please enjoy.

Great use of your light and shadows again Mick. Do the long shadows tell us it is a sunset? I can't generally tell. I like it very much.

This is an ancient view Mick, looking at the twisted trunk of the second tree in the picture. You captured a sense of time gone by here, it makes me think of what the harvest must have been like, out in the fields until after sunset late at night. I like the shapes and of course the terrific strong light which is almost a trademark in your pictures. Great work.
