Children will be coming to your door shouting “trick or treat” It is said that traditional songs and games are dying out in some areas of the world. But there is still sufficient spookiness in Scotland to ensure that the Halloween rituals will be as everlasting as the spirits that are said to return to earth when dusk arrives on October 31st……Have a great Halloween.

Although Halloween is a rather unknown phenomenon in the Netherlands, I'm well known to it. Like therefore your 'spooky' image very much Mick. Does me believe that there's is more between Heaven and Earth than we all know, lol.

Great shot for Halloween, Mick! I think I've seen this cemetary before in your photos, but never like this. Terrific lighting and the spiritual additions are wonderful!

Faved! This is eerie and kind of beautiful too! A perfect setting for these ghostly apparitions to wander about in! This cemetary looks so old~like the moonlight falling on the stones and silhouetting the tree branches! Perfect cloudy wisps around the full moon! Love it Mick! Superb work! :)Ami

Most definitely spooky ... I'm enjoying the bit of lighting on the grave markers & the ghostly figures. The brightly lit full moon adds alot to the scene too. Excellent Halloween DT, Mick & thanks for sharing.
