Britain is set to be hit by more snow and icy conditions as temperatures drop to freezing this week, forecasters warn…This forest covered in a snow blanket with only the chirp of a robin and the knock of a woodpecker sometimes disturbed the silence during my walk in this beautiful white wonderland………Please enjoy this winter scene.

Good capture Mick. I found the Robin but I can't see or hear the woodpecker. The light and the shadows are really good which is no surprise. Get your shovel ready.
