This Cornish castle is located in a valley surrounded by beautiful gardens and is very close to the sea,the sound of surf breaking can be easily heard from the castle…With its large turreted towers,the castle has something of a fairytale aspect….Please enjoy

It truly has a storybook setting Mick. What a large castle. I can't imagine how many people it would take to run it properly.

It really looks good tucked away among all the greenery. It must really be something when all the other trees/bushes are in bloom with their reds and pinks. You have given us a hint in this shot. All this under that blue sky.

Once again a top of the line shot.

You know, as I clicked to open this, I am listning to a radio adaptation of Du Maurier's Rebecca. And here I am presented with Mandalay complete with the sound of the waves crashing ( was just at the part where Mrs Danvers is urging the new Mrs De Winter to jump to her death) One of those moments where a picture really does take on a life of its own. Beautiful building.

The castle is so majestic! royalty must have lived there and the landscaping is immaculate, they must have tons of servants to attend to every tiny detail....excellent shot Mick

I think I even know where this one is situated. Isn't this castle surrounded by Highland cows and is it near to the village Boswinger?

Nice capture. A little critic though: I think that the light balance between the sky and green area is not the best. It's due to your cam settings.
