I love to capture the magical play of light on land…The light on the Scottish mountains can change in seconds which is a photographers dream and will leave everlasting memories, mind you even in in the summer time there is a number of weather conditions that can make a hill walk dangerous including the sudden appearance of strong winds, freezing temperatures at the summits, and driving rains, all of which happen frequently……Please enjoy.

This post is simply a masterpiece Mick!
As far as I know Scotland, like to agree with your narrative about the rapid change of the conditions in the Scottish mountains.
Thanks for sharing!

Another of your well planned, patient masterpieces Mick. The scene has a special glow that lights up my computer screen. Great desktop.

I LOVE the colors in this. The reds and yellows mixed in with the greens give the hills a look I've never seen before and make the shot a masterpiece.
