During an early morning walk I could hear the clatter of hooves in the distance. I waited patiently and had the amazing experience of watching and photographing these horses running straight towards me .Please enjoy.
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . Lovely pic and, as always, I love your vivid lighting to highlight an essentially dark scene. Did the coming storm set them breaking out of the pasture and running away, or did a herder come along behind the horses? Perhaps he was just moving them.
As usual you waited until they were in the perfect lighting to shoot them (with your camera) Mick. I can't wait to see more if all of them look this great.
Stunning looking scene and beautiful colours, light and shade in this photo. It looks like the horses on the opposite side of the fence would like to join them.Well done to a superb looking photo.
In your light I learn how to love. In your beauty, how to make poems. You dance inside my chest, where no one sees you, but sometimes I do, and that sight becomes this art. ~Rumi~
Your captures are some of my favorite to view on Cadeus. What great talent you have for capturing such wonderful pieces. I could see most any of yours as spectacular paintings as well as photography.
It looks amazing this one! It's great that you have the opportunity to see something like this on your usual morning walk!Great capture, great exposure, composition, everything is perfect!
Dear Mick, I can never tell which I admire most about your images - colours, composition, mood, or the subjects themselves ... This one is just equally beautiful, interesting and artistic as all the rest. Yours SAM or your greatest fan !!!!
