Sending Dan in first could leave you on your own, Marsha. Then what? Lots of different textures and nice color reproduction. How do you reach the door knob? Must be stairs? Looks like lots of shoes have gone through there. I guess that's why those fancy doors have kick plates on them.

Holy smokes! The contrasts are amazing here Marsha!! Love the bright white of the mortar and the wood with those dark bricks. I guess we are sharing the same brain again tonight (at least as far as bricks are concerned)!

Nice textures, colours and lighting Marsha. I certainly wouldn't want to go in there. It can be a nasty surprise.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust

The textures really pop with your post work Marsha - looks like this place has seen hard use.

Not a door that I would go through but help yourself. A really eerie kind of photo. Perfect for this time of the year.
