This is a shot across Lake Michigan from Navy Pier in Chicago. Pat ( Icedancer) has ask me to let everyone know she's been busy doing computer work for two skating competitions and hopes to be back with us .... soon .
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
OOoooooh... I like this very much: the silhouettes, the faint city background, the mild blur in a few areas. I'm not too happy about the cut-off tree: I think it would have added to balance; but I understand that there are some unsightly things hiding in photographs sometimes. I am also left... curious and unsatisfied by the lack of ground at the bottom. I feel that adding a bit of dark... something/anything/frame would have brought balance to the image. I like this nonetheless! :)
