Off the coast of Massachusetts taken by my brother while we were sightseeing. It was our first time seeing the Atlantic Ocean. Any constructive criticism is welcome. I might end up playing around with it in Photoshop later. Enjoy!

Nice capture ... by your brother. The blues are so calming & I like the mosaic patterns of the underwater rocks. Some slight noise in the sky, but that can be easily corrected with an editing program or a freeware program called 'NeatImage'. Color contrasts look great. Very well done.
