Two fishermen were chatting over the pond during this sunny day in Bouzigues. They were not fixing their oysters tables as it was too windy. Full view is best. Thanks for your comments!

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??

I like the delineation between the smooth sky and the choppy water. I think I would have liked it not split centrally but obeying the rule of thirds more. The picture is very dramatic and I like the silhouettes against the sunlight on the water.

This is so very well presented. The sparkles and Black and White are a wonderful way to present this one. =^..^= sandi ♪

A bit like my 'Pink Lady' and I like it a lot. The silhouettes are very good. I think I'm with Chris on the 'rule of thirds' and the horizon could do with straightening, but this has lots of atmosphere. My favourite thing though is the word 'Bouzigues'. I've always loved that one ;-)

I'm with the above comments on the rule of thirds... but i like the simplicity and the silver sunlight setting sparks across the water.

I too like the contrasting textures here. I think black and white was a very good choice for this as well.

Nice idea to present this in black and white Bruno. I might have tried to zoom in a little more but I know that's not always possible. You got lots of atmosphere in this one.
