Another pic of one the Terris novalis sculptures @ Consett. They stand up to 6 meters tall & mark the industial heritage of the area. This one is a theodolite & my previous pic is a sextant, both by the Sculptor Tony Cragg. Hope you like it :)) C & C always welcomed..

The background and light work well with the sculpture. I like the claw feet.

Very good composition. It's a good idea to take this at sunset. Would not it be better, with no flash burst on the left leg?
