Crystal clear nights with an almost full moon provide some great photography opportunities. The Wetterhorn was spectacular on this particular night. Even though this was taken on full zoom I think the end result was pretty good.

Hi, yep this was taken from the Grindelwald side in January 2006. Such a beautiful place, if I had the money to move there I would :). Thanks for the comments, I will go and check out your picture. I have also added the mountain name to the description.

Yes i realy would like to move up there to, but the country is so crazy expensive, sometimes 3 times the prices they have overhere in Holland, and Holland is not to cheep itselve :(
Did you also take the cablechair up to Grindelwald, station First ? :) great view over the valley, towards Grindelwald, Wetterhorn, Eiger, and so on :)

If i am correct, this is the Wetterhorn Switzerland, never mind, i am sure it is.
By the way, i have coincedently just posted a image from the other side of the mountain.
Your pic is showing the west side, mine the east side
