The red date on the pic is a lil disturbing and the background is a lil too bright.besides that the idea is very good cats are indeed very naughty animals heh it's a good momment you captured of it:).

I love it when cats, who are so persnickety they make you change their inside drinking water for the 3rd time that day, will enjoy drinking from something "forbidden"...or, at least, not offered! They love getting away with things, don't they!
I like this close-up view, and agree with the poster above about the date key (should be some setting on your camera that will remove it), and the brightness. Now here is a picture where you shoot it in the moment...the subject is good and so you aren't able to wait around for the "magic hours" (the hour or so surrounding sunrise and the hour or so surrounding sundown). These hours are called "magic" because the sunlight, coming from low on the horizon, is filtered more and will be much less likely to produce glare.
Loved your subject choice and the nice clarity of the cat and birdbath. Hope to see more from you soon!

I quite agree about the date....and the lighting! I had already started the upload though before I thought about it! Oh well! I couldn't find the other picture though, that actually showed his tongue lapping up the water....
