Taken at the end of a much too long breakwater in Rockland, Maine through my ridiculously vivid sunglasses. It isn't visible in this picture, but another lighthouse, Owl's Head, is located at the left end of the land in the background. EDIT: The image in my gallery titled "Lighthouse Stairs" is of Owl's Head.

Very creative piece of work, I really like it. Without the view through your glasses this picture would not be half as interesting as it is now. And a good alternative to the filters we have in Photoshop though :-))

This idea seems like it would be cheesy, but you really made it work. The composition is excellent and you used a nice subject. You really made the focus be on the building in the center of the lens. Good Job.

Neato, very unique idea. Who needs a color camera filter when you have sunglasses!

Interesting idea. Instead of giving the typical feeling of a camera's perspective, you give the veiwer a sense of looking through your eye. May need a bit more work though, but great idea.

i love the "through the eye of the viewer" approach and i love that you used sunglasses and enhanced this image with not only the warm vs. cool colors but you used blue and orange which makes an awesome complementary color match for this image. amazing job. thanks for sharing.
