"Shall I compare thee to a summer's day? Thou art more lovely and more temperate: Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May, And summer's lease hath all too short a date." -William Shakespeare

Gorgeous dainty flowers. Love the soft lighting on their petals. Wonderful capture, Maria.

There are a couple of things that first strike me, when viewing your photo here.

The 'feeling' imparted is one of serenity and peace.

The colourations are very soothing, in keeping with the evocative side mentioned above. And.. very visually appealing.

Nice colour contrasts with the subtle hints of yellow, versus that of the greens/blues. Almost perfectly 'complimentary', with respect to colour theory.

DOF is good good, too.

Caveats?

None, really.. more of that of a suggestion or two. (Since, you know.. I am full of ... erhm, them. 'Them', yeah.. that's it. :oP)

"Wild Flowers" - a crop.

/\ With.. some additional use of the Burn tool, to mitigate a few mergers with the outside frame.

Most likely personal preference, and just some food for thought. My idea was to fill the frame with these lovelies and make use of the diagonal separation (kind of, sort of) of the lighted (right-hand side) and shadowed areas (left-hand side).

As I liked that underlying element and thought it worked well, in conjunction with the dominant blooms captured and how they were placed within frame.

... ...

... ...

See? Told ya, fuulllll of it.

:oP

Very pleasant to view. And once again, a great job by your eye and your camera.

p.s. Almost forgot, when viewing the cropped version.. the suggestion of adding a border came to light.

So, "Wild Flowers" - cropped and with a border this time (have to use your imagination, slightly, as in full view size ... the white border (right-hand side) is absorbed by that of the remaining page width).

To better balance the overall composition and create some space between the blooms closest to the outer edges. (Not so 'cramped' (tightly cropped), visually, in short and simply put.)
