A wonderful angle of Lady Liberty. I saw her a couple years ago & she is magnificent to see in person. Excellent detail & the statue is stunning against the blue sky / wispy clouds. Personally I may have cropped the left & right sides & went for more of a vertical presentation. A little noise in the sky, but only noticable at the larger sizes. Superbly captured, Maria. Caveats?

I do agree that a vertical presentation (at least, more so) might be in order. To make better use of the perspective captured and that of the direction of Lady Liberty's gaze upon the land and water.

So..

"Lady Liberty" - cropped and adjusted (some Shadow/Highlight and that of noise reduction)


Relegating her to the right-hand side, offsetting.

Pretty simple, conveys and allows for some space and interpretation (visually) on the part of your viewers.


I do, however, appreciate that you are providing with us with a different look.
