As promised (maybe a little late) here is my second sample/preview of my own "rustic" photography. Including a rework of Rustic Beauty. It is much improved since I fixed the cutting off of the horseshoe and slightly played with the lighting.
Once again, I'm just trying to get a feel from you all on which are the best by presenting these minnie previews so I can have an idea on which one(s) to enter in the contest. Thanks a bunch :) -Maria

Another beautiful sampling of 'rustic'. Love how you re-edited 'Rustic Beauty', which is my favorite. I like that I can see more of the horseshoe as well. Interesting perspective on the horseshoe (bottom right) ... I like that one too. Excellent work, Maria.

Ok, back from viewing your other sampler.
First..
Nicely done on all of them, Maria. Never doubted your innate eye and you've demonstrated very well your pursuit to present/capture more than an empirical shot of a setting or subject.
My fav?
So far?
With respect to the first sampler, namely; "Rustic Sample I" ... that of the bottom left image of a pitchfork.
If the resolution size allows for a crop, my second would be that of the bottom right, again, from "Rustic Sample I".
Personal preference for the head-on shot, as opposed to that of the angular upper left one ... the lines in particular of the barn, et al.. seem to setup a nice composition in my mind's eye.
Liking the varying textures of stone, grass and wood as well. Just closer, would be my constructive critiquing counsel, if I may.
That said..
Best of luck with whichever you decide on, as all are worthy and topical entries. :o)
