None of the ideas expressed above are actually mine. They are told to me by Luthor and Ferdinand, the five inch tall space aliens who live under my desk. In return for these ideas, I have given them permission to eat any dust bunnies they may find under there.
This is a lovely scene, and of a place that I, for one, would really like to see. I keep wishing you had moved closer to the bay because I want to see more of the anchored sailboats and what I think are boats behind the people standing at the side of the road. The fence on the left does emphasize the curve of the road (which is a good compositional feature), but I think the brightness of the posts tends to steal the scene from the bay itself a bit. I like the good color control you have here, nice and clear with no glare.
