Clouds putting on a show in the late afternoon. Driving home one day I stopped the car to get this shot from the roadside. The shiny objects to the right of the picture are plastic covered hay bales with the low sun reflecting off them.

the overall effect is quite stunning, it's a bit of a shame its a little posterised and fuzzy but that doesn't detract too much from picture as a whole. nice job.

I'm so glad that you stopped the car so we could all see this too. I like where you put the horizon making this mostly about the clouds yet retaining some of the surrounding terrain. It is very beautiful where you live.
