Seagull with a black beak. I am used to seeing them with red ones so this seemed unusual.

Thanks everyone :) This was taken on the same day and in the same place as my other pic On Watch. It was only as I was having a clear out in my files that I noticed the beak of this one. On Watch is a much better picture, and this one was "saved by the beak" from deletion :)

Beautiful Seagull with its black beak, at us in the Netherlands there nevertheless also Seagull with a black beak are, but with a red or orange beak to see you much more.

I love everything about this shot except that I think he's too far up to the right. Because of the subject and close up, I'd rather see him cented in this instance. In every other way this is absolutely perfect! anne :-)
