These tiny wild Forgetmenots (Myosotis arvensis) pop up everywhere in my garden, and it is a losing battle trying to elimate them. After seeing their true beauty through a camera lens I may now be a bit more tolerant of them.:) The flowers are miniscule, only about 2 mm in diameter.

Beautiful capture of these beauties Eve..such nice color shades in these flowers...you better leave them..at least some of them...instead of trying to eliminating them...gerry..

A beautiful shot, Eve, and I love how you've made the two centre-most flowers so sharp and diffused the others. Good composition, colour and clarity all round. Thank you - your image brought me much pleasure.

They are beautiful Eve and I agree with the tolerant issue. The colors and clarity here are splendid and it's a very pleasing sight on the DT. Thanks for sharing this one.

Eve, throw in the towel - these are lovely and apparently they're built to survive! Very nicely done!

Nice work Eve. Besides capturing a very pretty image ... you've proven that even flowers are capable of thinking "outside the box". That one on the right apparently threw caution to the wind by deciding a white center would make for a more unforgetable "fashion statement"

Oh, these are so beautiful, LynEve. Your shot plays up the fact that they grow in multiples and you show them at different depths. The two blossoms in front are perfect in all ways. I encourage these to grow because they are so pretty and look wonderful with other colors. I keep forgetting it is spring there and this makes me pine for its return.

Lovely photo. I really like the depth you've created by slightly blurring the flowers in the background. Very nice.

Well, I just read the comment above mine and I was going to say that the background is competing with the beautiful blooms in the foreground. It needs to be blurred further. That is interesting that the one bloom decided to have a white center. There's a macerick in every bunch. Then, there's me! Nice work, lady.

I must agree Eve! These little beauties are too pretty to mess with. I love that pale blue. They almost seem to be embossed. Excellent capture..=)

Flowers seem of wax, this way beautiful they are. LynEve, at you spring has started now, thus we see perhaps a lot of beautiful flowers from New Zealand.

This is a terrific picture. I love the way you can see the pink bud just starting to open which will become the blue flower. We have a somewhat larger variety of these which also try to take over. They are fine growing among large shrubs, but don't let them get near the smaller plants. It's nice to see spring all over again in your garden.
