Amazing detail in your image, Lyn, and I really adore the treatment you've given to the edges and the addition of the frame. Beautiful composition, colour-compliments and it looks stunning on my desktop. Congratulations - awesome!!
Hey LynEve ... may I say NO "plain old cabbage white" ever had a portrait done like this lucky guy. Simply beautiful surrounded in blue. If this is your first butterfly capture you have a problem. Can't imagine you topping this lovely offering.
Beautiful, just beautiful. Even the frame (I say because in general I do not like frames). The detail, the clarity, the lighting, the softness, the colors, all just right.
Marvelific moth!! Not crazy about the blue backdrop or the vignette used in post. Would luv to see this again a little cleaner or perhps the original. A frosty feel sings on this one which is kinda cool Ms. Eve!!
And I have to disagree with hottrockin on this. I absolutely love the way you've framed this...and congrats on your first winged creature capture...I think that the framing helps to make this the superior upload that it is and I wouldn't change a thing ;)PJ
I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Most of the adjectives have already been used, but I'll just add that I haven't seen a better butterfly (or moth) on Caedes and your background treatment and framing are super as well. Into my faves immediately.
