These little bulbs pop up each Spring to enjoy the sunshine. Without the sun they close their little faces tightly. I do not know what they are, I just call them Summer Stars :)

Ah Yes ... much more like the LynEve post I'm accustomed to. Clearly focused, bright and cheerful and so well composed with or without a frame. I need not tell you which of todays two postings I favor ... let's just say you have "spoiled me rotten" with lovely flowers posted like this one.

I believe it is one of the many species of ornithogalum also known as "Star of Bethlehem". As usual, Eve, you have made a super picture and lovely frame.
