Uh ... Eve? ... throw away those links I sent you ... you don't need them. :o)
Great concept and a most fitting title. You have readily conveyed the visual of a new sun rising and welcoming the day with this gorgeous bloom.
Humble suggestions? Hmm ... just some thoughts 'tis all ... seeing as you have framed part of the flower out of the overall composition ... I might have been tempted to go a step further and hide more ... placing the equator of the bloom just at the borders' bottom and left hand side edges. Revealing only a 90 degree portion.
Well, you done gone done it again ... drew me into your composition and stimulated my creativity ... and that is a most sincere compliment in my books. Nice work.

I like the way you've given this to us, composition-wise. It looks like a rising sun, and if the middle portion were more hidden, I think that it would suggest a setting sun instead..the clarity I can't imagine anyone having any quarrel with..another great job, Lyn.
Looking through your Gallery,Lyn,you sure take ,some wonderful floral pictures, and this one,Good Morning,is a wonderful close-up,it,s so clear and,the frame really suits it well.
Thanks Brian.
WHOA!! Dang gal, can ya give us anymore detail?!?! This is dy-no-might and full of delight!! My only thing, and it's my only thing...I would like the center of the flora right in the lower left portion of the framing, only to see half so to speak which would leave the viewer only wanting more. That, or dead center which could come off a little to dramatic perhaps. Yeah, I like my original concept I mentioned there first, basically seeing only the center off in the lower corner from the 12 o'clock postion to the 3 o'clock postion to entice the viewer to only want more as the middle is drop-dead detailed gorgeous Eve!! The colorings are spot on too!! Sorry for being so long winded, but this is an excellent work and I wanted to give you just my opinion on it with all sincerity.
I think your composition is super just the way it is. (No need to worry about the stem in this one). Excellent sharpness and a flawless flower; or one you have made flawless. Bravo!
Perfect exposure. It would have been very easy to have blown out some of the white but looks to me like you got it all. Well done. Pretty yellow centers.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I like what I see but I would have liked to have seen all petals on the entire flower. But then we would have lost some of the amazing detail in the center. Just a thought!
