Now that's a snazzy little piece of artistry Eve!! Here the vignette, in my opinion, totally works...acting as a soft filter framing of sorts which showcases the beautiful blue centering!!

Your soft framing really draws attention to that blue, too. What a gorgeous shade!

Had to open this full screen to see what you were talking about. It is a lovely shade of blue. (a few spots of red and/or orange show on my screen as well) Nice job with the blurred frame creating a very soft glow to this beauty.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

I'd give it a dark framing cause here it maybe too lovely, but apart from that it's still great looking :o)
PS: maybe that's because I'm a boy :o))

There is almost too much pink here. But it certainly sets off the startling blue center very well.(Must be seen full size though). Good one, Eve.
