My wifes favourite Lyn......Wor-lass had a go to see how many different varieties she could grow!.....Lost count when we found out just how many there were!...
terrific capture and at a great angle too.....You need to wear knee pads for work like this eh!
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

A lovely photo of the fuchsias, Lynn - almost as good as your Liverpool rose, which by coincidence I had as my desktop today. For this photo you must have been lying on your back! :)
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

I would rather live my life as if there is a God and die to find out there isn't, than live my life as if there isn't and die to find out there is.

Gorgeous shade of blue in that sky, what a background. I like the perspective of being an insect looking at these lovely blossoms from below. Well done Eve.
I agree with all that the colors are terrific and the fuchsia always grace my back deck in hanging baskets, as Cindy pointed out, when in season. They're an extremely difficult blossom to capture, and you've come about as close as I've seen, although I'm going to try really hard this summer to at least equal this great shot. Scrumptious colors.
I love fuchsias and have about 30 "hardy" ones growing in my garden. Well, they look dead now, but I'm hoping they will come back. They are quite difficult to photograph and I have never gotten one as good as this. Kudos to you and an inspiration for me to try to equal you.
Rub it in rub it in hehehe, oke we know you are enjoying summer overthere, but we are catching up Lyn !!!! i saw the first crocus flowers last weekend already hehehe.
But no, just kidding of cource, i am only to pleased to view your summer images.
Thanks for this posting.
