Waiting for takeoff :) They are standing on a rubbish bin lid which was obviously well used for take off purposes. I have cleaned it up as best I can, no one would have wanted that on their desktop lol.

Nice launchpad. You've cleaned it up so well it looks almost like a surfing body-board. Terrific detail captured in your birds, Lyn and the sea in the background is the finishing touch. Love the red panty-hose worn by both these guys... errrum... girls.

Thanks for cleaning that up - I have parrots in my house and see enough of that as it is!!!
Very nice shot - the sky color really brings out the gull's colors well!

As a bird fancier I have to love this picture of these two beach sentinels. As a "photographer" and I use the word loosely ... I understand the work that went into the cleanup of this image. I myself have posted Gull pictures and believe me the originals were ... Messy Messy Messy! LOL Great shot Eve and those three flying in the background add interest to this shot. Wonderful shot ... Terrific housekeeping.

Really nice clean up job, Lyn. Looks like they're about to take off from a polished piece of marble. Everyone has poured all the praise you deserve on your head, and it's my fault for being late, but I wanted you to know I was here and appreciated your efforts and the fine results.

Squab, the other other white meat!! Mmmmm, who's hungry? Do you eat'em with a fork or spoon?!?! 8~O

I think the rubbish would've been OK here gal as the post work looks a wee too fake due to the feet 'n' fuzz not blending well.

Outstanding take on the birdies though with dynamic details and markings!!
