Yes wildflowers do sound better. :-) Very pretty too, a large field of all different wildflowers with with all the butterflies flittin' about is a wonderful sight. Very nice job Eve.

I'm glad you didn't point your lens straight at this guy..he's pretty, but pretty prickly too. The only thing I can think of to do to improve this is to put it up for sale someplace so people can take it home and enjoy it on their walls :)

Isn't it amazing how the prickliest plants can still have such beautiful flowers, or how the beautiful rose can have thorns? I love the colors on this and excellent clarity. Very nice closeup.
