A display of flowers outside Christchuch Cathedral advertising their festival of Flowers inside. This was in my Junk File but thought the contrast of the bloooms against the stonework was rather nice. Tell me what you think lol . .Panasonic DMC-FZ7.. Thank you for taking a look.Any comments are most welcome and always appreciated.

I quite like it Eve. All the colors are vibrant and 'out there'. The composition is terrific and it makes a 'feel good' post. Thanks for sharing it.

After a bit of an absence, partly vacation but mostly tax season...busy for bookkeeping businesses... I'm glad to be back out here with at least 'some' regularity. I've missed everyone and am glad to have a little more time again.

Very attractive mixture and well photographed by you, Lyn. I would have preferred it with less of the stonework, though.

It's quite lovely and were I there I know for certain that I would buy some! I think the purple ones might be salvia, Patti.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

They've certainly been arranged for maximum impact...great colors. I love the grey and white stone wall, as it creates a wonderful contrast to the vivid flowers. I was trying to figure out what that red object that is holding the flowers is...I was thinking that it look as if it was a bell turned upside down?

Really delightful. Glad you rescued it from the rubbish. Perhaps cloning out the chain link fence would have been advisable.
