We had a Monday holiday today for Queens Birthday, so I took my camera for an outing. Late this afternoon I discovered this little lake quite close to where I live.I have never noticed it before :) I thought the sky reflections were nice.. .Panasonic DMC-FZ7.. Thank you for taking a look.Any comments are most welcome and always appreciated.

I liked the light and dark contrast in the foreground with the vista sweeping out in the background. Could easily have been a shot from LOTR. They would be sorry they missed this magical spot.

Hummm, boy I sure missed seeing this one. it was uploaded in 2007 and showed up on the front page today (June 16. 08) Beautiful image. The reflection of that cloud on the water is far out. A keeper.
