Continuning with my greatly imaginative titles :) Unlike So Red this had little post work done to it. I used to read to my children from a story book called 'Under The Green Umbrella' and this reminded me of it.. .Panasonic DMC-FZ7.. Thank you for taking a look.Any comments are most welcome and always appreciated.

Great minds think alike!!!!

I uploaded one of a few Fern images I have taken hehe

I love fronds, and green against black works very well..I love your border here as well.
Something a little different.

Green is my second favourite colour btw :))

It does indeed remind one of an umbrella. It provides shade and though I am not certain, it looks to be a very large leaf too.
Great idea, nicely executed.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

What a beautiful shot, Lyn! 10/10 from me! I tried to take one like this last year at Abbotsbury Gardens, but found that the flash penetrated the thin leaflets so much that they looked withered and brown. You have done exactly right what I attempted but got nowhere with! Great work.

I have ferns growing out back of my house and I always find them so appealing what with their bright green colors and patterns.
Nice work.
