All so elegant and authentic - including the expression on the face of the lady with the umbrella. No.2 is also a keeper.

Lyn, as you have proven to me that you can write the Dutch language very well, I give you the Dutch name for those bicycles: 'Opoefietsen', lol ('Granny bikes)'. Perfect post with those highlighted edges.

Looks like you folks have some great fun there! My first bike looked like the one in front! These two shots are perfectly delightful and excellently captured.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes

Looks like this was quite the free-wheeling affair, so colorful. The expression on the woman's face who's up front was worth the effort all by itself. Looks like she's having the time of her life!!

Love it! Mine had a wire basket in front and a sturdy plate over the rear tire for a passenger to sit on. Was this from a re-enactment event?

Great picture and great framing. The touches of red give balance to a well composed picture.

Great shot, Lyn. I love the atmosphere in this image, not just of the cyclists but also of the lady in the background wearing, ahem, her own parachute. Lol!
