There may be one or two of you who remember the song :) I do not know her real name but I think Stella suits her.. .Kodak V550..
Thank you for taking a look.Any comments are most welcome and always appreciated.
She's a star all right. Stella means star anyway, so that would be a good choice, though I'm not sure of the song. She's a royal beauty too, Eve. Such wonderful color and so many buds must mean she's very prolific too. Gorgeous job.
You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being.

Sexy 'n' sensuous rose!! When I saw the thumbnail I was gonna suggest clone stamping out the little white in the upper left, but I see you actually put it there on purpose. I'd still clone it out; it doesn't really enhance the view and kinda draws the eyes away from the fantastic flora. Nice use of the flash here!! If it was me shootin' I'd have blown it clean outta the water with my nasty bright flash. 8~)
*You will have noticed that I haven't been commenting as much on your fine images!..This is because of the pains in my hands!..the constant use of the keyboard, makes this difficult..so, my dear friends..I can only apologise to you all in advance!*

The only Stella's I know are 'Stella Maris', a well known star to (retired) seamen, and 'Stella Artois', a brand name for a Belgian Beer (star of Artois), lol. This image however is a star on its own Lyn: really beautiful!

It looks marvelous on the desktop. This is the first pic I've saved to my hard drive in a long time, and it's an honor to bring her on board..lovely, Eve.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
