Looks good, Lyn - perhaps you should have chosen another background to bring the flower out more.

A very special presentation Lyn! If only there was such a blue rose.... The tones would be glorious! Neat work. :o)

Lyn, your rose study makes a wonderfully restful destopper, especially for this time of year. I really like the shadow you've created around the flower, which gives it a striking 3-D effect. Lovely!

You're right. It's been dramatically altered, but the sheen on the flower can be more readily seen with this view.

What a dreamy look this has to it. Would surely bring the BP down a notch or two. I really like it and wish they grew that color. Nice photo Lyn

Wonderful dimensional framing. I think it looks like a moonlit rose. Very pretty in blue.

You will be led to the knowledge of the internal things which are invisible to you, by the external things which you see before you. . . . Even so then, we can represent to ourselves in thought the Author of all that is, by contemplating and admiring the (visible) things which He has made, and ever brings into being. - Hermes
